Every Claude Code project starts with a CLAUDE.md file, and writing it by hand repeats the same work each time. CPACC turns that file into a form and builds the launcher scripts that start a session.

Getting it running

3 steps

  1. Download the release and unzip it anywhere on your computer.
  2. Double-click cpacc.bat to open the launcher menu, or open index.html directly in a browser.
  3. Nothing gets installed, and nothing is written outside the folder you unzipped.

What the reference covers

The reference is built into the tool. Each rule section has an info button that shows the exact block it adds to the file, so you can read the output before you generate it. Every launcher script starts with a header that says what it runs, what it needs and what it changes.
